Business Development Manager

We are looking for a person, whose role would be:

  • monitoring the competition, market and legal environment, understanding current and future customer needs and producing the market analysis 
  • developing and maintaining competitive product propositions for prospects, clients and business partners that will facilitate business growth
  • creating regular product performance analysis, evaluating potential of the new products, creating the detailed strategy for implementation of the new products to the market, costs and income analysis
  • preparing all materials for the products launch, supporting the sales team and allexternal partners in the delivery of the product to the market
  • working with the marketing manager, directors and key stakeholders to ensure a market led focus to the production, management and delivery of the product plan to drive business opportunities
  • participation on the long-term marketing strategy, cooperation with the marketing manager
  • participation on projects run by headquarters units

    What we require:

    • At least 3 years of experience in a similar role 
    • Experiences with project management and people coordination 
    • Experiences with product management and development or sales experiences
    • University or high school degree in economics or marketing 
    • Excellent communication and presentation skills (written and verbal)
    • Very good organisation skills
    • Deep understanding of financial market, competition products and legal environment
    • Knowledge of marketing communication tools, analysis creation
    • Very good in MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word)
    • Fluent Business English (written and spoken)
    • Team spirit, analytical thinking and ability to sense
